First and foremost, the Aggies will be putting the hard sell on Alief Taylor defensive end and USC pledge, Torrodney Prevot. The U.S. Army All-American and consensus four-star committed to the Trojans over the summer but recently began taking visits. After visiting Oregon last weekend, Prevot will officially visit Notre Dame following his trip to Aggieland. Without a weakside defensive end in this class, Prevot and Lancaster's Deashon Hall are both priorities for the two remain spots in this class.
The Aggies will also be hosting longtime quarterback commit Kenny Hill. Texas' Gatorade Player of the Year and the AP Texas Class 5A Offensive Player of the year had some concerns about having to backup Johnny Manziel for the majority of his career and took a couple of visits to check out other options. After tripping to Waco and then Manhattan, Kansas already this month, Hill will make his way to College Station. New quarterback coach Jake Spavital had an in-home with Hill this week that followed one from Kevin Sumlin and David Beaty last week. Expect the Aggies to solidify the Southlake Carroll QB's commitment this weekend.
The following Aggie commits are also expected in town:
Ishmael Wilson OL - Bishop Dunne High School (Dallas)
Kameron Miles S - West Mesquite High School
Laquivionte Gonzalez WR - Cedar Hill High School
Jordan Mastrogiovanni LB - Dallas Jesuit High School
Jonathan Wiggins S - Alief Taylor High School
Texas A&M will also have it's first JR Day for the 2014 class on Sunday. GBH will keep you updated as the list of attendees shakes out.
