Showdown at the Hate Barn

Tonight we'll see if the Ags can get to ten wins. Missouri has beaten us at Kyle Field for two straight seasons, but Sumlin and Co. will have the team amped and ready for payback.

October 16, 2010—Missouri comes into Kyle Field and the Aggie offense comes out flat. They hand us a 30-9 drubbing, which was our third straight loss that put us at an even 3-3 on the year. It may have served as a rude awakening game, since we would later reel off six straight wins to finish the year.

October 29, 2011—In the storyline of the season, the Ags blew a double-digit halftime lead to ultimately lose. Mizzou outscored us 14-3 in the second half and we failed to even score in overtime. This kicked off a three-game losing skid after a 5-2 start to the season.

November 24, 2012—With a Heisman candidate and a chance at ten wins for the first time in over a decade, the stakes couldn't be much higher. Normally, this would fire up the BAS and make us cringe with a knowing sense of dread. But this is not the team of the last ten years. Sumlin's team has looked prepared and confident all season, and I don't see this game being any different. Mizzou will play hard since they're shooting for bowl eligibility, but I think the guys take care of business in a big way.
