Daily Bull 2.15.13

Brendan Maloney-US PRESSWIRE

It's Friday. Stop pretending to work and join us. (Just kidding...keep working productively.)

BO(w)NED. Looks like we had a BONE to pick with Florida. They're just digging up BONES. And so forth. The Women's Bouncyhoop team conquered Florida last night 78-71 behind Kelsey Bone's 31 points and 10 boards. Details on Aggie Athletics. Don't look now, but that's 20 wins on the season and 8 in a row, and a tie with Tennessee for first in the SEC standings. #7 Kentucky is up next Monday at Reed.

COLD WEATHER BALLGAME. Forecasts are predicting temps in the high 40s. THAT'S COLD FOR US DOWN HERE, OKAY? The Ags start a 3-game weekend series against the University of Illinois-Chicago tonight at home. Check in on our Baseball Preview Storystream for a great comprehensive preview.

EZ update:

I'm not saying GBH worked any matchmaking magic, all I'm saying is that yesterday afternoon EZ Retweeted our Valentine search Daily Bull link with the hashtag #Love,

then a few hours later Tweeted this:

TigerDroppings excels again. Alabama commit Rueben Foster was photographed by a classmate sleeping on his classroom desk. Then the Internet happened. Click here for some samples and the link to the original, which is pretty TigerDroppings-ish, while still hilarious (of course). So far, Rattlehead wins with the Weekend at Bernie's gif:

Good Damn Bull. Jordan Pugh is taking full advantage of his situation. Kudos to Jordan for stepping up like this. Always great to read about our guys and gals in the pros doing stuff like this. Thanks to home-grown author Lucas Jackson for the link.

WE DIDN'T FORGET. The last Senior Spotlight's going up this morning. This guy was the best on-field dancer on the team in '12. You know he was. HMS GBH Co-Captain ColoradoAg will deliver, and SOON. And when we're done, we'll feature the whole thing on the front page for a while because SBNation loves the 'streams and also because we had a hell of a time doing it over the past month. This was a great group of seniors, one that we were lucky to be able to watch for four straight years out of both necessity and their raw talent. We'll miss 'em. I'll leave the rest to the recap post from Lucas, which is coming soon.
